Hi, I'm Becky Hopp, Co-Founder & Owner of With a Grateful Heart Wellness, Co-Founder & Co-Owner of Grateful Heart Yoga & Wellness in Westlake, Ohio, & Co-Creator & Co-Founder of The Resonance Institute of Healing & Sound. I am a Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, Mentor, Certified Master Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Certified Cacao Practitioner and Entrepreneur. My work has been featured on Spectrum 1 News & won the 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 Best of Cleveland Award. Our studio also won Cleveland Magazine's Best Yoga Studio in Cleveland for 2026. I have worked with notable brands such as Athleta, Manta Sleep & Life is Good®, and participate in highly respected events including fundraisers for The Gathering Place and have participated in The Cleveland Yoga Festival. I also provide Workplace Wellness Crystal Alchemy Sound Bath Sessions to various companies, hospitals, corporations and schools both local to the Northeast Ohio area as well as virtually for those outside of the Cleveland area. As a cancer survivor and open heart patient I felt that being given two second chances at life meant that I was destined for a greater purpose in this life. I knew that I wanted to help people and make a difference. Today, I bring peace and healing to my clients through private & group sound healing sessions, reiki sessions, cacao ceremonies, trainings and various special events. I do all things with and through gratitude. I feel truly blessed for every single moment that I am given here in this life, and know that everything happens for a reason. I absolutely love helping people along their journey and seeing them radiate with joy as they complete their sessions with me. My work has helped people to achieve many forms of healing including improved sleep, relief from stress, anxiety and pain, a renewed sense of purpose and well-being, and the ability to feel confident while living a healthier, happier, life.
