After dedicating 30 years to education, I began a new chapter by founding Service Master Janitorial by Hites in October 2020. As a teacher, I learned the importance of integrity, organization, dependability, and building strong relationships—qualities that continue to shape the way I serve my clients today. When I decided to pursue business ownership, I was looking for an opportunity that would allow me to work from home while building something of my own. I chose commercial cleaning because it offered the flexibility I needed, and partnering with an established franchise gave me the confidence of knowing I would receive training, guidance, and support during those critical first two years of business. Today, Service Master Janitorial by Hites specializes in professional commercial cleaning services, helping businesses maintain clean, healthy, and welcoming workplaces. I believe that every client deserves dependable service, attention to detail, and a cleaning partner they can trust. Although my career has changed, my passion for serving others has remained the same. Whether I was helping students succeed in the classroom or helping businesses maintain exceptional facilities, my goal has always been to make a positive difference. I take pride in building lasting relationships with my clients through honesty, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
