Custom Care Rehab was established after a long-envisioned dream of providing mobile specialty therapy to patients who have trouble attending sessions in a typical therapy gym. Patients gladly use mobile therapy services when they want for individualized care, are too symptomatic to drive, too busy to be compliant with therapy, or unable to take time off of work to attend therapy during normal gym hours. Prior to founding Custom Care Rehab, I worked as a Physical Therapist as an outpatient orthopedic and neuro PT at a local hospital system. During my entire career, I have cultivated my niche as a vestibular and concussion specialist. I began my career in 2007 after graduating from Walsh University with a Master’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2016, I obtained my Herdman Vestibular Certification from Emory University and also became an ITPT, Impact Trained Physical Therapist, in the treatment of concussions.
