For the month of January, Julia Gramenz of Greenly Mortgage was our Chapter Powerhouse!
Julia is a proud mom of two amazing girls, Tessa who is 12 going on 20, and her little firecracker Evie who’s 10 and keeps Julia on her toes. Her family calls the cozy neighborhood of Fairview Park their home sweet home, along with her supportive husband of 13 years and their two boston terriers. Her journey has been quite the adventure– she’s worn many hats over the years. She started adulthood as a social worker and transitioned into special education where she was able to make a difference in so many lives. After having kids, in an effort to stay home with them, while still supporting a passion, she opened a size inclusive women’s boutique. This taught her invaluable lessons about perseverance and hard work. When the business closed, she made the leap into the world of real estate. She’s currently working as a real estate investor and mortgage lender at Greenly Mortgage. She gets to help people finance their dream home and investment properties. It is a role that’s both exciting, and fulfilling, allowing her to combine her love for real estate with her passion for helping others.
