- Bonnie Gladish & Tami Smith, Co-Founders of WWC started out as business partners and quickly became as close as sisters in 2003. They began their business relationship in the mortgage industry, and as the industry began to decline, they knew they needed to find new careers. Remaining business partners was a must and in 2008, the Smith and Gladish Agency for Allstate Insurance, in Grafton, Ohio was born.
Bonnie and Tami both knew that networking groups were not a new concept to business growth; however, they set out a plan to stand out from other groups by offering a format designed for business growth, as well as a means for women to connect on a personal level. They believe women are born wanting to nurture and support others and that women carry that passion into the business world. Further, the glue that keeps WWC thriving is the unspoken understanding of the challenges women face in today’s world when trying to balance “IT ALL” and WWC provides an outlet to escape from the chaos. Bonnie and Tami are no strangers when trying to balance both home and career!
